What does Jewelry for Solidarity / or Jewelry that gives back, mean?
It means we are giving back and taking care of our world has always been at the core of what we do. That is why we donate 10% of the profit to specially selected nonprofit foundations, and we offset the carbon emissions of all our deliveries, as we look forward to a carbon-neutral planet.
How Long does it take to process my order?
Order processing time is dependent on when are you buying, but allow for 2-4 business days, for the order to be processed.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Please note: due to INTERNATIONAL Context & COVID there might be delays on the deliveries as all major carriers are experiencing shipping delays.
SHIPPING TIME:
Order processing: Can take 2–4 business days. After processing, we will proceed to ship your order.
Standard Shipping time: 3 to 5 business days, depending on the destination country.
Where is my order?
A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched. You can keep track of your parcel activity via the tracking order link on your confirmation email, or you can go now directly to our order tracking page.
I'm missing some items from my order. What do I do?
Do not worry, to assure the fastest delivery time, we may split your order in multiple packages.
Please wait until the standard delivery timings are due, and if you still have not received all the items, please contact us at info@nilabliss.com.
Can I update or cancel my order?
We can only update or cancel your order if it hasn’t been processed or packaged. We also cannot update or cancel Made-to-Order items, as they are already being processed.
As soon as you can, please email us (at info@nilabliss.com) with your order number and details of the changes you’d like to make to your order.
Will I be charged with duties or taxes?
In Spain and EU peninsula markets, these are covered.
Otherwise, there may be duties or taxes incurred by your order that you are responsible for.
This varies widely from country to country, and we do not include these fees in our final prices, as duties and taxes are determined by final destination.
Please, if needed, contact your local custom office for details on how duties and taxes are calculated and paid.
What is your return & refund policy?

60 Days returns are accepted on unworn, undamaged items within 60 days of the purchase date and the amount will be refunded via a Nila Bliss voucher.
Original Packaging Required. Please note that there will be a €10 charge if you fail to return the item(s) back with its original packaging.
Personalized items cannot be returned, as these are exclusively made for you.
Earrings (Piercings, cuffs, etc.) cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged, for hygiene reasons.
What materials are used in my Jewelry?
All our jewelry is always made with precious metals (Sterling Silver) & gemstones (i.e., Zircons) or for exclusive collections, it is otherwise specified in the product description.
The Gold finished jewelry, is 14 -18k gold plating on quality 925 Sterling Silver. That is why all our jewelry is hypoallergenic.

Does my jewelry come with warranty?
Our guarantee covers damages caused by manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase.
The warranty related to any damage caused by normal wear and tear, or improper use, is excluded.
